WOHOO!!! My First Tag!!

Ok I have been tagged by Marsha - my first official tag and sigh and I can't get this dang blogger to work....grrrr! Oh yeah I am supposed to write about someone I admire and tell you why and all and then tag 4 others to do the same.....so let's hope this works since it is the 2nd time I did this.....grrrr. Oh yeah - warm feelings!

I picked Lisa Hoffer aka dlhoffer to write about. I met Lisa when I was on the DET at digitalscrpabookplace and since then we have become fast friends. It is funny how much we share in common and we often laugh at how we are like "twins" - always thinking of the same things, or can finish off each other's thoughts. She is a wonderful photographer and often captures those special moments with her kids. My girls have come to adopt Lisa as part of the family and it is not unusual for Amy to go online and comment on her layouts especially Lisa's daughter. Amy secretly is hoping for a new baby sister but I am ok if she adores Lisa cuz not having one here!! ;) Lisa is also great at finding wonderful things on the web and man I am glad at all the hours she saves me in surfing the 'net. She has stood by me when there was some rough patches on the DET and has always been one of the most honest sincere girls I have been fortunate enough to meet online. I know that her encouragement and her ability to refrain from calling me crazy about all the things I do - has helped me grow into the person I am now....and for that I am truly grateful. This is one of my favorite layouts of Lisa's of her son that was so poignant but then Lisa told me the real story behind this - he was crying because his sister had just thrown a toy at him! Don't you just love the stories behind the layouts!!

Now for my victims - I mean choices: I choose to tag Val, Jan, Lisa and Kelly Shults - the new designer at The Digichick simply because she hasn't posted on her blog since March 25th!!! hehe.
