Quick Thoughts....

Real Life Stuff: Crazy day, went back to work and was bored out of my mind. Wanted to be home to scrap and just enjoy browsing through the galleries. Came home and did valentines with the kids and because of peer pressure by a certain TDC gal (LAURA A) - I made cupcakes for the kids even though they can't bring them to school. It is a health issue or something in case people aren't as sanitary as the Vasquez family I guess! ;) David actually went out this year and bought Valentine stuff for the girls - I am pretty impressed with his selection. He is a good dad!

Scrapping news: DSP asked all the DET members (past and present) if they would help judge the NKOTB contest since there were 79 contestants. We were to pick our top 15 and then our top 3 for this first round. Wow, there was a lot of great stuff from new digi-scrappers. I have to admit this is my favorite contest because it is really nice to see how excited they become when the get feedback on how to improve their layouts. And usually by the final round, the newbies really know what they like and just disregard all the cc's given to them. It is a hoot! Over at TDC, things are getting exciting with all the teams being assembled for the designers. Jan had her baby, Norah (a cutie!) and is back in action - man she must have a husband who just adores her! But tomorrow is Valentine's and that means that the Shabby Shoppe has it's grand re-opening!!! Whohoo!!! I am so there......can't wait....I love her previews. Ok I love her stuff what can I say! :)

Love Stuff: Ok I made this layout for my husband for Valentine's - kind of a way to say "hey I love you - you big hunk of man," but he dismissed it saying it was just for my scrapping friends/teams.....Sigh, got to love that romance in him! But I love him and love this layout......so this is for him too!
