Today I started to do The Digichick blog and that was pretty fun and hoped I didn't sound like a dork! But there is a prompt to help bloggin for anyone that would like to participate. I will try and get around to it too later.
I have been incredibly blessed to meet some wonderful online friends who share the same passions and visions as I do for scrapbooking. I learn so much about them and myself just being around them and know that much of my successes have been shared and encouraged by them for the most part. There is one team I am on that has blown me away with their undying loyalty to one another and their absolute desire to shine as a team and for the designer. Out of respect to the other teams I am on and because of the next reason, I will defer from naming this team.....they know who they are and know that I am so humbled and grateful to be a part of this.
One of my team mates and friend is in need of prayers - her son-in-law was mugged and assaulted last night and is in the ICU right now. The details are horrific and I am sure the emotions are quite high for the family waiting for test results and the prognosis. I may never meet her nor do I know her son-in-law but I feel the emotions inside as any human would when they hear of such stories. As she spoke to us via email, I am respecting her privacy by not revealing more but instead relaying a message from her to all - please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. If there was ever a time to pray, this would be it with a small note to give thanks for your own family. And so you know, religion is very personal to me and rarely do I speak about it openly but her words are in my heart and mind now and I know that many prayers are needed now.

Oh my! Many prayers for him!
My prayers are with him. Hope all is well with you, Darla. Beth
